Ponder on Orientation of Undergraduate Specialty of Labor and Social Security

我院劳动与社会保障本科专业2005年开始起步发展。专业如何定位,专业基础和专业特色如何确立,这是专业建设中必须考虑的问题。通过兄弟院校的劳动与社会保障专业建设情况,分析了我院进行专业建设的总体环境,归纳出我院劳动与社会保障专业基础和专业特色应该是依托学校的整体优势,充分利用财经院校的学科优势,借鉴各个兄弟院校的专业建设经验,我院的劳动与社会保障专业应以经济学为基础,突出劳动关系特色,培养实践性应用人才。

The undergraduate specialty of labor and social security in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics （GXUFE） began in 2005. How to determine the specialty foundation and characteristic is the question must be considered. This article introduced the specialty construction of labor and social security in other universities, analyzed the overall environment in GXUFE, and finally made the following conclusion：relying on the overall advantage and discipline advantage, adopting experience of other universities for reference, GXIFE＇s labor and social security specialty should take economics as foundation, give prominence to the characteristic of labor relations, and cultivate applied - oriented talented people.
