游移于问题与对策之间的翻译专业教育思考

Reflections on Translation Education as a Major

翻译专业作为新兴学科,由此而产生的人才培养目标、培养规格、课程设置、教材建设、教学方法与手段、教学评估、师资队伍建设等问题,就成为迫在眉睫急需解决的问题。本文通过研读庄智象教授新著《我国翻译专业建设:问题与对策》,对翻译专业教育的若干问题进行了思考。

As a newly-established subject, translation major education is confronted with many problems, such as making definite the education orientation and specification, setting up the curriculum, building up teaching materials, developing teaching methods and approaches, setting up the teaching evaluation standard, training teach faculty, and etc.. This paper, based on the study of book Translation Major Education in China： Problems and Countermeasures written by Professor Zhuang Zhi-xiang, attempts to reflect upon some of the problems concerned.
