摘要
镇静是处理机械通气危重病人的重要组成部分。在提供充分的镇痛和去除了可逆的诱因后，适度镇静可以减轻病人的焦虑烦躁、增加人机顺应性，保证病人的安全舒适。推荐使用镇静评分表定期进行评估和每天中断镇静评价病人的神经功能、自主呼吸能力。
Sedative medication is an important aspect of management for patients who are mechanically ventilated in intensive care unit. With adequate analgesia and excluding agitation-related factors, appropriate sedative medication may make patients less agitated, better cooperated with ventilator and more comfortable. It is recommended to use a validated sedation assessment scale to evaluate patient＇s neurological function and spontaneous ventilatory ability.
