摘要 双水平气道正压通气被广泛用于治疗各种慢性、急性呼吸衰竭,此文回顾了双水平气道正压通气研究的最新进展,重点介绍围术期应用双水平气道正压通气的现状。 Bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation (BiPAP) is increasingly used to treat patients with chronic and acute respiratory failure and has also been proved to be safe for usage in perioperative period. The purpose of this article is to review the advance in BiPAP research and its perioperative application.
