摘要
[目的]调查青光眼病人用药依从性状况,分析依从性差的原因,提出相应的对策。[方法]采用自行设计问卷对78例进行药物治疗的青光眼病人用药依从性情况进行调查。[结果]用药依从性好的20例,占25.6%;依从性差的58例占74.4%。[结论]青光眼病人普遍用药依从性较差,应大力宣传普及青光眼的防治知识,加强病人的用药指导。
Objective：To investigate on the status quo of medication compliance of glaucoma patients, to analyze reasons of poor compliance, so as to put forward some corresponding strategies. Methods： Medication compliance of a total of 78 glaucoma patients was investigated by adopting self- designed questionnaires. Results： There were 20 cases （25.6 % ） with better medication compliance. The other 58 cases （74.4 % ） had worse medication compliance. Conclusion：The medication compliance of glaucoma patients is generally worse. One should strengthen the propaganda for prevention knowledge and medication introduction for glaucoma patients.
