摘要 [目的]探讨分层次带教模式下提高护生对执行层次带教老师的满意度。[方法]通过筛选带教老师、制订带教职责和带教指引,加强教学培训及完善教学质量控制等措施。[结果]护生对执行层次带教老师满意度从89.0%提高至96.2%。[结论]通过培训和质量控制等措施,可调动护士带教积极性,提高其临床教学能力和教学质量,从而提高护生对执行层次带教老师的满意度。 Objective: To probe into enhancing satisfaction degree of nursing students on teachers carrying out stratification teaching under stratification teaching mode. Methods:Measures including screening of teachers, making out of teaching responsibility and teaching guidance, strengthening teaching training and improving teaching quality control have been conducted. Results: The satisfaction degree of nursing students toward teachers carrying out stratification teaching elevated from 89.0% up to 96.2%. Conclusion: To carry out training and quality control measures can stimulate the nurses' teaching activity and enhance both clinical teaching ability and teaching quality of teaching nurses and thus improve the satisfaction degree of nursing students toward teachers carrying out stratification teaching.
