人参总皂苷减轻高能冲击波所致肾损伤的形态学研究

摘要 目的:探讨人参总皂苷对高能冲击波所致肾脏损伤的作用。方法:家兔28只,随机分为对照组和皂苷组,每组14只,高能冲击波致伤前15min分别静脉注射生理盐水和人参总皂苷,在致伤后24h随机选取每组12只以体视学方法测量肾脏出血组织体密度和被膜下出血表面积,并进行病理观察,每组余下2只进行电镜观察。结果:皂苷组肾脏出血组织体密度和被膜下出血表面积较对照组降低;病理观察示肾脏出现不同程度损伤。结论:人参总皂苷可减轻高能冲击波所致肾损伤。 Objective: To study the effect of ginsenosides on high energy shock wave (HESW) induced renal damage. Methods: 28 white rabbits were randomly divided into the ginsenosides group and the control group, 14 in each group, they were treated with intravenous injection of ginsenosides and saline respectively 15 minutes before extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL). The volume density of renal hemorrhagic tissue and hemorrhagic area under renal fascia 12 in each group were measured 24 hours after ESWL The histological changes of kidneys in rabbits were observed 24 hours after ESWL and 2 in each group were observed by electron microscopy. Results : In the ginsenosides group, there was a significant decrease in The volume density of renal hemorrhagic tissue and hemorrhagic area under renal fascia compared with the control group after ESWL We observed renal injury in differrent degree in rabbits 24 hours after ESWL. Conclusion: Ginsenosides have protective effects on shock wave induced renal injury in rabbits.
