慢性疲劳综合征认知功能研究述评

Statement on Cognitive Function Study of Patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

围绕流行病学、临床评估、发生机制、治疗以及中医认识等,对慢性疲劳综合征认知功能障碍进行探讨,认为慢性疲劳综合征患者存在认知功能受损,但认知功能障碍的特点及中枢形成机制尚不明确,缺乏系统的评价方法以及疗效确切的针对性治疗方案,今后的研究应完善慢性疲劳综合征认知功能临床评价体系,着重探索其基本特点及形成机制,发挥中医优势建立系统高效的治疗方案。

This article discusses the cognitive disorders of the patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome combined with the aspects of epidemiology, clinical evaluation, physiological and pathological mechanism, therapeutic methods and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine. The deficit cognitive function of the patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, of which the features and the physiological and pathological mechanism are still unclear, is lack of the systematic measurements and assessing methods as well as the effective treatment prescriptions which are aimed directly at cognitive disorders. However, the clinical evaluation system of the cognitive function of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome should be perfected while the research on its basic features and physiological and pathological mechanism should be emphasized in the future study in order to educe the preponderance of traditional Chinese medicine and to establish the systemic and high - performance treatment prescriptions.
