摘要
目的:观察黄丹凝胶的抗炎及免疫抑制作用。方法:以2,4一二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱发的小鼠迟发型超敏反应作为细胞免疫炎症动物模型,以二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳廊肿胀炎症作为急性炎症动物模型,以寻常痤疮的常见致病菌为实验菌种,以黄丹凝胶为治疗药物,进行抗炎及免疫抑制作用实验研究。结果:黄丹凝胶能有效抑制DNCB致小鼠迟发型超敏反应及二甲苯致小鼠耳廊肿胀的炎症反应,能明显降低外周脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群(主要是CD4+)及免疫器官脏器指数,能明显抑致病菌种的生长。结论:黄丹凝胶具有确切的抗炎作用,能在一定程度上抑制细胞免疫及致病菌种生长。
Objective:Experimental Study on the Anti - inflammation and Immunosuppression of Huangdan Pigmentum. Methods : To 2,4 - Nitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) delayed - type hypersensitivity induced mice as animal model of Delayed Hypersensitivity. To xylene - induced mouse ear swelling of inflammation as a animal models of acute inflammation, to Bacteria Spectrum of Acne vulgaris as Experimental strain. Huangdan pigmentum for the treatment of a drug, inhibited the anti - inflammatory and immune Experimental Study. Results : Huangdan pigmentum can effectively inhibit DNCB induced delayed - type hypersensitivity and xylene - induced mouse ear swelling gallery of inflammatory response, can significantly reduce the spleen peripheral T - lymphocyte subsets ( mainly CD4 ) and immune organs organ index, could significantly restrain the growth of pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion : Huangdan pigmentum anti - inflammatory gel with the exact role to a certain extent, immune cells and inhibit bacteria growth.
