摘要
目的:观察胃炎汤治疗幽门螺旋菌(HP)阳性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例HP感染相关的萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为中药治疗组、西药对照组,每组30例,治疗组用中药胃炎汤口服,每日2次,疗程:20天。西药组用西药标准三联,疗程:7天。结果:治疗组症状改善、胃镜、病理变化的总有效率,优于西药对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);HP根除率,治疗组为70%,西药组为74%,组间比较:差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中药胃炎汤治疗HP阳性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Weiyan decoction in curing Hencobacter Pylorum （HP） related atrophic chronic gastritis. Methods ： To randomly group 60 case patients of HP related atrophic Chronic Gastritis into TCM therapeutic group, WMcontrol group, 30 cases in each group. The therapeutic group takes TCM Weiyan decoction two times per day. Course of treatment ： 20 days. Western Medicine groups takes SWM. Course of treatment ： 7 days. Results ： Total effctive rates of symptom improvement, Endoscopy and pthologic change in therapeutic group is better than that in WM control group . the difference is significant. （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The curing rate of HP in therapeutic group is 70% and 74% in WM control group. The differece is not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： the clinical therapeutic effect of TCM Weiyan decoction in curing HP related atrophic chronic gastritis is positive.
