摘要
目的:比较厚朴三物汤饮片汤剂与其配方颗粒汤剂中厚朴酚含量。方法:采用Shim-packVP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(80∶20);检测波长为294nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为40℃;峰面积外标法定量。结果:配方颗粒汤剂中厚朴酚平均含量为0.1191mg·mL-1,RSD为19.58%(n=3);饮片汤剂中厚朴酚平均含量为0.0753mg·mL-1,RSD为100.1%(n=3)。结论:厚朴三物汤配方颗粒汤剂与饮片汤剂的色谱图基本一致,配方颗粒汤剂中厚朴酚含量比饮片汤剂高,而且配方颗粒汤剂较饮片汤剂稳定,相对容易控制质量,更有优越性。
Objective :To compare the content of Magnolia between slice decoction and dispensing granule decoction ofHoupu Sanwu decoction. Methods :An HPLC method was used . The detection wavelength was 294nm. Shim -pack VP - ODS ( 250mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was a solution of MeOH - 1% HAc ( 80 : 20 ) ; column temperature was setup at 40℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min;external method was used. Results :The average content of Magnolia in the granule decoction was 0.1191 mg · mL^-1, the RSD was 19.58% ( n = 3 ) ;and in the slice decoction it was 0. 0753mg · mL^-1 ,the RSD was 100.1% ( n = 3). Conclusion :The HPLC chromatograms are similar in two forms ofHoupu Sanwu decoction. The content of Magnolia in dispensing granule decoction is higher than that in slice decoction, Moreover the dispensing granule decoction is more stable and easier for the quality control.
