摘要
从炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)的剪切断裂模式出发,讨论了炭纤维经瞬时高温空气氧化法和气液双效法表面处理后,CFRP的断裂模式与界面性质的关系。证明气液双效法表面处理炭纤维所制CFRP与空气氧化法表面处理后的CFRP相比,不仅增加了CFRP界面粘结强度,其ILSS可能达到90—110MPa,而且增加了CFRP的断裂韧性。
The relation between interlayer nature and shear fracture model of CFRP made of CF treated by gas oxidation surface treatment method or GLDE method is discussed on the basis of shear ftacture model of CFRP. It is proved that GLDE method is better than gas oxidation method because not only interlayer adhesion iS improved, ILSS up to 90-110MPa, but also toughness of CFRP is increased, after CF is treated by GLDE method.
