不同生长年限赤芍中芍药苷和苯甲酸的含量测定

Determination of Peoniflorin and Benzoic Acid in Duration of Cultivation of Plant in Radix Paeoniae Rubra

目的:比较不同生长年限赤芍中芍药苷和苯甲酸的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相法测定赤芍中芍药苷与苯甲酸的含量。结果:不同生长年限赤芍的芍药苷含量为:2年生>3年生>1年生,苯甲酸的含量为:1年生>3年生>2年生。结论:根据不同生长年限赤芍的芍药苷和苯甲酸含量的差异,建议药材的合理采收时期为2年。

Objective： To compare the contents of the peoniflorin and benzoic of Radix Paeoniae Rubra in the different growth years. Methods ： The HPLC was used for determination contents of peoniflorin and benzoic acid of Radix Paeoniae Rubra in different time limits. Results： The sequence of peoniflorin＇s content of Radix Paeoniae Rubra in different time limit was： biennial 〉 triennial 〉 annual. The sequence of benzoic acid was annual 〉 triennial 〉 biennial. Conclusion： There is invariably difference in the Radix Paeoniae Rubra in the different time limit about the peoniflorin and benzoic acid , and provide the evidence of quality control and reasonable collection. It suggests that the best collection should be biennial.
