血清药理学方法在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡降低酶活性研究中的应用

Research Application of Blood Serum Pharmacology Method on Induction of Tumor Cell Apoptosisand Lowering of Enzyme Activity

目的:探讨血清药理学方法在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、降低酶活性等研究中的应用。方法:应用治疗肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、大肠癌等中药血清学方法,探讨其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、降低肿瘤细胞三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg2+—AT-Pase)与葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)酶活性作用。结果:①4种不同中药复方的中药血清,均能诱导相应肝癌细胞株、A549人肺癌细胞株、CCL-229人大肠癌细胞株和SGC-7901胃癌细胞株发生凋亡。②降低肿瘤细胞三磷酸腺苷酶与葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活性。结论:血清药理学方法在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、降低酶活性等研究中的应用具有稳定性、可信性。

Objective： To explore the application of blood serum pharmacology method in the research of inducing cell apoptosis and reducing the enzyme activity. Methods ： Using Chinese native medicine serology method of treating the liver cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, big cancer of theintestines to discuss the effect of inducing tumor cell apoptosis, reducing the enzyme activity of ATP （ Mg^2＋ - ATPase） and the glucose - 6 - phosphatase （ G - 6 - Pase） of tumor cell. Results： ①Four kind of different compound Chinese medicical blood serum all can induce the cell apoptosis of corre- sponding liver cancer cell lines , A549 human lung cancer cell lines, CCL229 human colorectal carcinoma cell lines and cell line SGC7901. ②The activity of ATP and Glucose -6 - phosphatase in tumor cell is decreased . Conclusion： The research application of blood serum pharmacology method on the induction of tumor cell apoptosis and the lowering of enzyme activity has the stability and the credibility.
