摘要
目的对马钱子超微粉体和常规粉体士的宁的溶出度进行比较,考察超微粉碎对士的宁溶出量和溶出速率的影响。方法采用HPLC法测定马钱子常规粉体,超微粉体中士的宁体外溶出量和溶出速度。结果马钱子超微粉体中士的宁溶出速度高于其常规粉体,但溶出4 h后溶出量无显著性差异。结论马钱子超微粉碎并不会造成士的宁的损失,且可明显提高其溶出速度。
Objective To investigate the effect of the ultra-micro powder of semen strychi on dissolution rates of brucine. Method The dissolution rates of brucine from the traditional and ultra-micro powder of semen strychi were detected with HPLC techniques. Result The dissolution rate of the brucine from the ultra-micro powder was higher than that from the traditional powder, but there was no difference after 4 hours. Conclusion The dissolution velocity of brucine are greatly increased and there is not loss of the brucine in ultra-micro powder.
