舒肝明目丸治疗肝郁肾虚型年龄相关性黄斑变性(干性)的临床研究

Clinical research of Shugan Mingmu pill on syndrome of liver depression and kidney insufficiency in dry type of age-related macular degeneration

目的观察舒肝明目丸对肝郁肾虚型年龄相关性黄斑变性(干性)的临床疗效。方法将43例患者随机分为治疗组(n=22)和对照组(n=21)。治疗组给予舒肝明目丸口服;对照组口服维生素E胶丸、维生素C,均连续用药30 d为1个疗程。分别观察两组治疗前后远视力、Amsler表、PVEP潜时及中医症状积分的变化。结果两组药物均有治疗肝郁肾虚型年龄相关性黄斑变性(干性)的作用,治疗组在远视力、Amsler表表现、PVEP潜时及中医症状积分的变化方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝明目丸对肝郁肾虚型年龄相关性黄斑变性(干性)有一定的治疗作用。可能与调节视网膜色素上皮功能,改善黄斑区视网膜微循环,增强细胞的免疫调节作用有关。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Mingmu pill on the patients with Depression of the Liver and Insufficiency of the Kidney in dry type of Age-related macular degeneration （AMD）. Methods All the 43 patienrts with AMD were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=33）. The changes of distant vision, Amsler, VEP and the multiple scores of manifestation in TCM were observed. Results Both groups were effective for AMD, The changes of distant vision, Amsler and the multiple scores of manifestation in TCM were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Mingmu pill is effective for the disease, which may be related to improving the microcirculation of macular retina, regulating the pigmental epithelia of retina and strengthening cell immunoregulation.
