摘要
为验证基于广域控制的自适应多回直流协调控制方案的有效性与可靠性,同时分析其对现有的直流极控系统的影响,搭建了包含10个机箱的大型交直流混合输电系统的RTDS仿真模型,对已开发完成的多回直流协调控制系统的软硬件进行测试。通过模拟实际电力系统不同的运行状态、故障情况,测试了协调控制系统保护闭锁逻辑的准确性,分析了其与现有直流保护、控制系统之间的相互影响,考核了整套装置的可靠性。对开发RTDS的功能和扩展应用范围具有极为重要的意义。
To validate the effectiveness and reliability of the self-adaptation control multi HVDC coordinate control scheme based on wide-area control and analysis its influence to the existing HVDC pole control system, a ten-RACK RTDS model of large scale hybrid HVDC/AC system is established to test the hardware and software of the developed multi HVDC coordinate control system. With the simulation of different operating state and different kinds of faults of real power system, the accuracy of the protection block logic of the multi HVDC coordinate control system interactive influence between the is tested, the multi HVDC coordinate control system and the existing HVDC control and protect system is analyzed, the reliability of the whole devices is assessed. The study has very important meaning in function development and application range extension of RTDS.
