Analysis on and Calculation of Debugging Over-Voltage Issue on Longtan Power Output Project

龙滩电站外送系统调试过程中,切空载柳贺甲、乙线发生过电压保护动作,合空载河柳甲、乙线出现过电压超过规程允许水平。针对该工程的调试过电压问题,利用EMTP程序进行仿真计算和分析,得出了相关线路的调试过电压问题系CVT测量所致,提出了相应的对策和建议。

In the test process of Longtan power output project, the over-voltage relay tripped when switching off the Liuhe double-circuit no-load lines. At the same time, the voltage also exceeds the permission value when switching on no-load lines. The simulation experiment of this event is carried out using the EMTP. The CVT measure errors is found out to be the reason of the above over-voltage problem. The countermeasure and advice is proposed.
