基于道路服务水平可靠性的阈值确定方法探讨

确定交通影响分析阈值是交通影响分析的关键问题之一。本文在对国内外交通影响分析阈值确定方法进行分析的基础上，提出了道路服务水平可靠性的概念，并对基于道路服务水平可靠性阈值确定方法进行了研究，实例检验结果表明本文提出阈值确定方法具有较强的实用价值。

The determination of traffic impact analysis threshold is a crucial point in traffic impact analysis. Based on the current situation on TIA threshold worldwide, this paper puts forward the concept of reliability of road service level with the threshold determination method. The threshold test results show that the proposed method is valuable for applications.
