骨科教程当前观念回顾围手术期感染的预防
CURRENT CONCEPTS REVIEW Prevention of Perioperative Infection
摘要
〉术前给予抗生索可以降低手术部位感染率。
〉择期手术或闭合性骨折手术治疗后给予抗生素不要超过24h。
〉术前用葡萄糖酸洗必泰消毒患者和术者双手，效果优于聚维酮碘。
〉全关节置换术不宜使用闭合负压引流。这会相对增加输血的危险性。手术部位留置引流管超过24h可增加细菌污染的危险。
〉封闭敷料覆盖创面引起的术后感染率低于不使用封闭敷料者。
〉对患者血糖水平、氧饱和度及体温的适当处理可减少术后感染的风险。
