摘要 介绍了乙烯裂解炉的结焦机理(金属催化结焦、自由基结焦和焦油聚合结焦)、影响结焦的主要因素(原料性质和裂解深度、稀释蒸汽、停留时间和裂解温度)和抑制炉管结焦的主要技术(裂解原料的优质化、炉管表面处理和添加抑制剂),着重综述了近几年国内外炉管表面处理技术的研制情况和添加抑制剂技术的进展及其工业应用情况,提出炉管表面处理技术的工业应用有待发展和突破,结焦抑制剂的发展方向是复合的多功能抑制剂。 Three kinds of coke formation mechanisms ( metallic catalytic, free radical and tar - polymerization coking mechanisms ) in ethylene steam cracking furnace, the dominant influencing factors (such as raw material property, cracking severity, diluting steam, residence time and cracking temperature) on coke formation and major coke inhibiting technologies (such as cracking feedstock optimization, surface coating treatment for furnace tube and adding inhibitors) were introduced. The development and progress on the surface coating treatment technologies for furnace tube and coke inhibitor adding technologies along with their corresponding commercial application both home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. The applications of surface coating treatment technologies for furnace tube are suggested to be improved and broken through, and the development trend of coke inhibitors should be muhifunctional compound.
