摘要
报导了聚-γ-N-(β-丁硫基乙基)胺丙基硅氧烷和氯化钯的反应,得到固载在二氧化硅上的聚-γ-N-(β-丁硫基乙基)胺丙基硅氧烷钯络合物,并用XPS研究其结构.选用硝基苯、烯丙基环氧丙基醚、烯丙基苯基醚、丙烯腈、烯丙基苯、苯乙烯、环己烯及丁烯等8种底物进行催化加氢,以评价其催化活性.结果表明,该催化剂催化效果良好,并且有很好的稳定性.
The poly γ N (β butylsulfide) ethylaminopropylsiloxane palladium complex was synthesized and characterized by XPS and IR. XPS data illustrated that coordination bonds were formed between palladium and nitrogen atom and sulphur atom of polymer in complex. The results of IR support the formation of coordination bonds as suggested by the XPS results. The title complex displayed the higher activity for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene, allyl glycidyl ether, allyl phenyl ether and acrylonitrile in isopropanol at 40℃ under an atmospheric pressure of hydrogen.Terminal addition products were obtained from all olefins.The yields of adducts were varied from 75 to 90% except for styrene and cyclohexene. On the other hand, palladium complex showed good activity for the hydrogenation of 1 butene, butane was obtained.The selectivity and yield of the butane reach 77% and 65% respectively.
