The effects of La 2O 3、 Tb 4O 7、 Eu 2O 3、 Co(NO) 2 doping and temperature on the activity of photocatalytic synthesis of ammonia and structure of Me/α Fe 2O 3 type (Me=La, Co, Tb, Eu) photocatalysts were studied. The structure of the photocatalysts was characterised by SPV (photovoltage spectroscopy) and XPS. Results show that the photocatalytic activities are very much different with different doping. Activity of the catalyst doped with La 2O 3 is higher. It is 674.0 μmol/(g·h). 1400℃ is the suitable temperature. SPV and XPS results show that the absorbing structure at 350 400nm and the increase of La3d electron binding energy are related to the activities of La/α Fe 2O 3 photocalysts.
