有机相脂肪酶催化乙酸乙烯酯的转酯反应

摘要 以5种不同来源的脂肪酶为催化剂,研究了在有机溶剂中乙酸乙烯酯和正丁醇的转酯化反应。比较了它们在不同溶剂中的催化活性,发现低极性溶剂更有利于酶反应。随后以正已烷为溶剂,考察Candidasp脂肪酶催化转酯化反应的影响因素,结果表明酶的最佳反应温度为35℃;实验范围内,反应速度随溶剂水含量的增加而降低;反应过程的最终产物得率达到96.7%。 Transesterification of vinyl acetate and n butanol in organic solvent catalyzed by five lipases from different sources was studied separately. The lipase activities of the transesterification in different solvents were examined. It was shown that solvents with low polarity supported the enzymatic reaction better. Among the lipases and solvents tested, Candida sp lipase and n hexane were chosen for further study. Experimental observations indicated that the optimum temperature of reaction is 35℃, the rate of reaction decreased as water content in solvents is increased, the overall product yeild was 96.7%, and the lipase can be reused.
