摘要
采用电解氧化法,以析氯阳极与铁阴极为工作电极,在电流密度为15 mA/cm2,电解时间为80 min,水板比为0.10 cm2/cm3,废水呈弱碱性,极板间距为10 mm的条件下,对pH值为7.0,CODCr为476.0 mg/L,NH3-N为53.6 mg/L的采油废水进行电解处理。结果表明,CODCr去除率为73.2%,NH3-N去除率为98.5%,能够达到GB 8978—1996二级排放标准的要求。
Oil production wastewater with pH val- ue 7. 0, the concentration of CODcr and NH3 -N 476.0 mg/L and 53.6 mg/L respectively was treated by electrolytic oxidation method, under the conditions of depositing chlorine anode and iron cathode as work electrodes, current density 15 mA/cm^2, electrolysis time 80 min, ratio of electrode plate surface area to water volume 0.1 cm2/cm3, alkalescent of pH value and electrodes distance 10 mm. The re- suits showed that removal rate of CODcr and NH3 - N could reach 73.2% and 98.5% respectively. The water quality of oil production wastewater disposed by electrolysis could meet the requirement of the national second class discharge standard.
