摘要
以水玻璃为硅源,分别采用晶种法和模板剂法合成了ZSM-5分子筛原粉。借助X射线衍射仪、X荧光光谱仪分析了ZSM-5组成及结晶度,采用扫描电镜观测了ZSM-5分子筛晶粒形态。结果表明,采用晶种法,在180℃下晶化10~15h,可制备平均硅铝比为35.5的ZSM-5分子筛原粉;以正丁胺为模板剂,于160℃晶化24h,可制备结晶度为94%,硅铝比为105的ZSM-5分子筛原粉。分别以晶种法和模板剂法合成的HZSM-5分子筛为活性组分的催化剂,均具有较好的水热稳定性。
Zeolites ZSM -5 was synthesized by using water glass with methods of crystal seeds and template. The components and crystal content of ZSM- 5 were characterized by X -ray diffraction analysis and X - ray fluorescence spectrometry respectively, the crystal size was characterized by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that products synthesized by using crystal seeds at' 180℃ for 10 ~ 15 h with an average mole ratio of silica to aluminum of 35.5, and products synthe- sized by using n - butylamine as template at 160℃ for 24 h contained crystallinity of 94% with mole ratio of silica to aluminum of 105. The catalyst containing zeolite ZSM -5 synthesized in this study exhibited excellent hydrothermal stability.
