摘要
解决了液压油的抗磨、抗乳化与防锈性等相互矛盾的技术难题和油品的抗剪切、橡胶相容性、油品的气味和储存稳定性、氧化安定性等关键问题,研制出了具有优良粘温性、抗磨性、抗剪切性、防锈性、储存安定性、氧化安定性、高闪点、低倾点、基本无气味的高粘度低温液压油。试验结果表明研制产品的性能达到了美国军用规范MIL-H-17672中规定的技术标准和低温液压油GB 11118.1-94标准,使用性能良好。
Through solving some technical difficulties, such as the rubber compatibility, odor of oil, storage stability, oxidation stability, as well as the imbalance among the anti - wear property, demulsibility and anti - rust property, the high - viscosity low - temperature hydraulic oil with above excellent properties was developed. Experiment results showed that the developed oil can attain the technical standard for American army MIL - H - 17672 and the specification for GB 11118.1 - 94 on the performance.
