摘要
用热爆自蔓延高温合成法(selfpropagatinghightemperaturesynthesis,SHS)制备WAl2O3金属陶瓷块体。分析了热爆SHS反应三种燃烧波蔓延方式,引入点火剂,控制热爆SHS反应的点火位置,进而控制燃烧波蔓延方式,为制取不同形状的样品提供了依据。
WAl 2O 3 cermet bulk samples were prepared by thermal explosion SHS method.Three different selfpropagating modes of combustion wave and their effects on the morphology of the resulted samples were observed via optical microscope and SEM.An attempt of monitoring the combustion wave propagating mode was made by introducing an ignitor and controlling its position in the specimen.
