子午线轮胎稳态滚动的有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 考虑轮胎变形的几何非线性及轮胎与地面和轮胎与轮辋的大变形非线性接触等,建立稳态滚动子午线轮胎结构的有限元分析模型。由本研究有限元模型所预测的轮胎最大截面宽度和受力状态与实际情况相符,证明该模型有效和可靠。 A FE model of steady rolling radial tires was established considering the geometric non linearity of tire deformation,and the nonlinear contacts between tire and rim and tire and ground under deformation and so on. The effectiveness and reliability of the model was confirmed by the fact that the maximum cross-sectional width and stress predicted from the model were well in accordance with the experimental data.
