摘要
研究11.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎在负荷作用下的有限元模型。介绍了求解几何非线性问题的有限元基本公式和接触问题的计算方法以及轮胎材料的组成特征和描述方法;建立了11.00R20轮胎在负荷作用下的三维有限元离散模型,并应用Abaqus软件模拟了轮胎装配和充气状态及与地面的静态接触状况。
A FE model of 11.00R20 TBR tire under load was investigated. The FE basic equation of geometry nonlinear analysis, calculation method of contact problem, and component characteristic and describing method of tire materials were introduced;a 3D FE model of 11.00R20 tire under load was established, tire fitting and inflation state, and static contact between tire and ground were simulated with Abaqus software.
