Application of LIR in bead filler of PC tire

研究液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)等量部分替代NR在轿车轮胎三角胶中的应用效果。结果表明,使用5份LIR等量部分替代NR可以在对胶料物理性能影响不大的情况下降低门尼粘度,提高炭黑分散性,节省混炼能耗,改善挤出、成型和粘合工艺性能,减少由于半成品挺性大造成的胎圈窝气现象,成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能基本不变。

The application of liquid isoprene rubber（LIR） partly replacing NR by equal weight in bead filler of PC tire was investigated. The results showed that,by using 5 phr LIR instead of NR by equal weight, the Mooney viscosity, the energy consumption and the bead blistering caused by the starched extrudate decreased; the dispersity of carbon black, the extrudability, the building processability and the adhesion property were improved;the endurance and speed performance of finished tire were similar.
