Influence of performance rubber ingredient Sulfron~3000 on properties of truck tire and OTR tire treads

探讨高性能橡胶助剂Sulfron 3000对载重轮胎和工程机械轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,在载重轮胎和工程机械轮胎胎面胶中添加1~3份Sulfron 3000,可以改善胶料的拉伸应力-应变性能、撕裂强度、耐磨性能、耐疲劳性能和耐热老化性能,显著降低生热。

The influences of performance rubber ingredient Sulfron 3000 on properties of truck tire and OTR tire treads were investigated. The results showed that, by adding 1-3 phr Sulfron3000 in the treads of truck tire andOTR tire, the stress-strain property, tear strength, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and thermal aging property were improved, while the heat build-up decreased significantly.
