Application of 1×3×0.30HT steel cord in PCR tire

试验研究1×3×0.30HT钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以1×3×0.30HT钢丝帘线替代2+2×0.25钢丝帘线应用于轿车子午线轮胎带束层,轮胎的外缘尺寸、耐久性能、高速性能和脱圈阻力基本不变,强度性能有所提高,同时可降低轮胎生产成本。

The application of 1 ×3 × 0.30HT steel cord in PCR tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by using 1 ×3 × 0.30HT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire instead of 2 ＋2 ×0.25 steel cord, the overall dimensions, endurance, speed performance and bead unseating resistance changed little,but the strength was improved,and the cost of tire could be reduced.
