烟嘧磺隆的代谢物ASDM在玉米中的残留分析方法研究

Study on Residue Analysis of ASDM,a Major Metabolite of Nicosulfuron in Corn

样品用乙腈提取，提取液用石油醚洗涤两次后分别经Ｓｅｐ－ＰａｋＣ１８柱和弗罗里硅土柱纯化，浓缩后用带紫外检测器的高效液相色谱测定。方法的添加回收率为８１６～８７２％，ＡＳＤＭ的最小检出量是１６纳克，样品中的最小检出浓度为００８毫克／千克。

The sample was at first extracted with acetonitrile and then extract was washed with petroleum ether for two times.The extracts of corn seeds and stem were purified by Sep-pak C18 column and florisil column respectively.The concentrated extracts were determined by HPLC equipped with UV-detector.The fortified recoveries of the method varied from 81.6～87.2%.The minimum detectable amount of ASDM was 16ng.The minimum detectable concentration of ASDM in corn seeds and stem was 0.08mg.kg-1 .
