摘要
利用有限元分析方法研究胎体帘布角度对载重子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能的影响。结果表明,不同胎体帘布角度的胎圈应变能密度差别较大,合理设计胎体帘布角度及其与胎圈钢丝包布角度和方位的关系,可以有效减小胎圈区域的变形,从而提高胎圈部位耐久性能。
The effect of the carcass angle on the endurance of TBR tire bead was investigated by FEA. The results showed that the carcass angle had significant effect on the strain energy density of bead. Deflection of bead could be decreased and endurance of bead could be improved by rational design of the carcass angle and the flipper angle.
