心脏永久起搏器术后并发症分析与处理

Complication analysis and treatment after the operation of implanting permanent pacemaker

目的探讨永久起搏器植入术后并发症的预防和处理方法。方法回顾分析6年来永久起搏器植入病例46例,总结并发症及防治措施。结果电极移位1例,囊袋血肿1例,肩周炎1例,起搏器综合征2例,起搏功能障碍1例,起搏器介导性心动过速1例,心功能下降1例,起搏器游走1例。结论改进和熟练手术技能,加强对患者术后随访,认识起搏器术后并发症,及时处理,可减少并发症及其危害。

Objective To probe prevention and treatment of complication after operation of implanting permanent pacemaker. Methods Forty six eases of implantation and treatment in a span of 6 years were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results The summarization revealed one ease of electrode move, one ease of swollen package of pacemaker, one ease of forzen shoulder, two eases of pacemaker syndrome, one ease of barrier of pacing, one case of pacemaker intervening tachyeardia, one ease of heart function decline and one eases of pacemaker move. Conclusion Improve the operation skills and trace the patients after the operation. Identify the eomplieations after implantation and treatment in time to reduce the complications and the the harm resulting from them.
