LCP治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效分析

An analysis of the therapeutic effect of proximal humeral fracture treatment with locked compress plate

目的探讨LCP（Locked Compress Plate）钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效与手术技巧。方法肱骨近端骨折25例，男性15例，女性10例，平均年龄44岁（27～75岁）。Neer分型：二部分骨折18例，三部分骨折5例，四部分骨折2例。应运LCP钢板经三角肌外侧入路（必要时辅以胸大肌-三角肌小切口）置入。结果所有患者随访3～18个月，CONSTANT-MURLEY评分显示，优良率96、4％（27／28）。结论LCP钢板结合三角肌外侧入路治疗肱骨近端骨折具有创伤小．恢复快．关节功能好的优点。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and operative technique of locked compress plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture. Methods 29 cases of proximal humeral fracture were treated with locked compress fracture, including 2 cases of four-part fractures. The plates were put in by small incision through the outside of the deltoid. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 - 18 months. According to CONSTANT-MURLEY score ,96.4% of the patients achieved excellent and good results. Conclusion Locked compress plate combined with small incision through the outside of the deltoid may serve as the best treatment to proximal humeral fracture with its advantages of small incision ,quick recovery and good joint function.
