摘要
以四氯化钛、氯化锶和氢氧化钠为原料,采用直接沉淀法与超重力反应器相结合的超重力反应沉淀法制备纳米钛酸锶粉体,应用XRD、SEM、TEM、BET、TG-DTA等一系列手段进行表征。结果表明:在实验条件下,用超重力法制备的纳米SrTiq粒径为10~40nm,晶型为立方相。与相同条件下采用直接沉淀法制备的产品相比,超重力法制备的粉体粒径更小,粒度分布更窄,表面颗粒完整,边界清晰。
In this paper, nanosized SrTiO3 powers were prepared by HGRP using crude materials of TiCl4, SrCl2 and NaOH. HGRP combined the advantages of direct-reactive precipitation and high gravity reactor. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transition electron microscopy ( TEM), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), surface area & pore size analyzer (BET) and TG-DTA were used for the characterization of SrTiO3 nano-powders. The results showed that the nano-SrTiO3 diameter was 10 ~ 40 nm. Compared with the direct precipitating method, the powders prepared by gravity have smaller size. The powders have narrow particle size distribution, integrity surface and clear border.
