First Probe into the Value Appraisement Principle of Nature Reserve with Biological Diversity

自然保护区是一种非市场标的，它的价值不应单纯地从市场角度来考虑，而应当从社会投入—产出模式来考虑。本文作者对生物多样性自然保护区的价值基础、价值特征和价值评估原理进行了探讨，提出了评估自然保护区价值的基本方法，为自然保护区的建设提供理论依据。

Nature reserve of biological diversity have aiversified biological resources.The main aims to preserve them are to maintain equilibrium intergenerations and sustainable utilization,meanwhile,the contemporary persons can obtain the actual value and potential value in ecological and social utilization from the nature reserves.Nature reserves are non-market mark,the value of them should not be studied merely from markets,but from the social input-output model. Therefore,the author probes into the value bases,value features and value appraisement principle of nature preserves with biological diversity,and puts forward the consideration of value appraisement of the nature reserve in this paper in order to provide with theoretical basis for the nature reserve established.
