木制楼梯扶手弯头反面成型面是木制楼梯扶手弯头后序加工的工艺基准。本文以空间木制楼梯扶手弯头为研究对象,叙述了该成组夹具的设计方法。该成组夹具可在一定范围内适应木制楼梯扶手弯头参数的变化,可减少对应数控机床的运动维数,对实现空间木制楼梯扶手弯头数控加工的国产化具有重要的意义。

The reverse figuration side of stair handrail elbows is a process base for subsequent processing.With aerial wooden stair handrail elbows as the object of study,the design method of relevant group fixture is stated.The fixture can adapt itself to the parametric change of work pieces within a certain range and reduce the movement dimensions of corresponding NC machines,which is of significance for the realization of domestic NC process of aerial stair railing elbows.
