摘要
以从鲜奶中筛选的乳酸链球菌M2为出发菌株,先后采用脉冲强光照射和紫外线照射进行诱变,筛选到1株高产乳酸链球菌肽的稳定性菌株。其产量比原始菌株提高了37%,效价达到了1993 IU/mL。
A mutant strain with high production of Nisin was obtained by pulse light and ultraviolet treatments from Lactoccus latis subsp, lactis M2, which was isolated from fresh milk. The mutant was very stable on high Nisin production. The yield of Nisin by the mutant was increased by 37% compared with that of the original strain, and Nisin potency reached 1993 IU/ml.
