胎盘组织液-瑞邦注射型骨泰修复牙槽骨缺损的实验性研究

摘要 目的观察胎盘组织液-瑞邦注射型骨泰(自固化磷酸钙calcium phosphate cement,CPC)复合材料修复犬的人工牙槽骨缺损的效果。方法在犬的上、下颌牙槽骨处建立骨缺损模型,分别植入胎盘组织液-瑞邦注射型骨泰复合材料为实验组、生理盐水-瑞邦注射型骨泰复合材料为阳性对照组、缺损区不加任何物质为阴性空白对照组。观察术后2周和4周病理组织学的改变,并通过病理图文报告管理系统做组织学评价。结果病理组织学所见:实验组可见膜内化骨,形成新骨明显,与周围组织连接良好;阳性对照组,可见部分新骨形成,植入体与周围组织连接欠佳;阴性空白对照组,有纤维结缔组织生成。结论胎盘组织液-瑞邦注射型骨泰复合材料能够积极促进骨缺损的修复。 Objective To observe the effectiveness of the compound of placenta tissue injection and calcium phosphate cement(CPC) powder which was used to repair the defect of dog's man-made alveolar bone.Methods The defect of dog's bone was built on maxilla and mandible.The compound of placenta tissue injection and CPC powder was implanted in the defect of experiment group,the composition of physiological saline and CPC powder was in positive control and none was in negative control.The histological change was observed after 2 and 4 weeks and the histology evaluation was made by Pathology Image and Character Report Management System.Results Histology showed that new intramembrane bone was formed obviously in experimental group connecting well with surrounding tissue.New bone was formed partly and connected not well with surrounding tissue in positive control.Fibrous connective tissue was formed in negative control.Conclusion Bone defect can be actively repaired with compound of placenta tissue injection and CPC powder.
