CMV、AdV、HBV抗原在IgAN肾组织的表达及相关性研究

The expressions of HCMV,adenovirus and HBV antigens in IgA nephropathy

目的研究HCMV、AdV、HBV抗原在IgAN肾组织中的表达及与IgAN发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术对96例IgAN肾活检组织、80例非IgAN肾小球肾炎肾活检组织和20例血清HBV抗原阳性的IgAN肾活检组织分别进行了HCMV、AdV、HBsAg抗原的检测。结果①HCMV,AdV抗原在IgAN肾组织中的表达明显高于其它类型的原发性肾小球肾炎;②HCMV抗原随IgAN肾小球损伤加重而表达增强(线性趋势检验,P<0.001);③HBsAg在血清HBV阳性的IgAN肾组织中表达率为75%。结论HCMV,AdV的感染与IgAN的发生可能有相关性。HCMV感染在IgAN的发生发展中起重要作用。HBsAg在血清HBV阳性IgAN组织中的表达率明显增高,且与间质的损伤呈正相关,证实了HBV感染参与IgAN的进展。

Objective To study the relationships between onset and development and the expressions of HCMV,adenovirus（AdV）,HBV in kidney.Methods Ninty-six cases kidney specimen of IgA nephropathy（IgAN） and 80 cases of non-IgAN,and 20 cases IgAN with HBV antigen positive in serum from kidney biopsy were detected.HCMV,AdV,HBsAg antigens were detected with immunohistochemical method.Results ①The expressions of HCMV and AdV antigen in IgAN were higher than that in other type primary nephropathy obviously;②The expression of HCMV antigen increased when the damage degree of glomerulus increased.（Spearman correlation analysis,P=0.001;linearity tendency test,P=0.0002）;③The expression rate of HBsAg was 75% in 20 cases of IgAN patients with HBV antigen positive in serum.Conclusion The infection of HCMV and AdV maybe related to onset of IgAN.The infection of HCMV participated in onset of IgAN.The expression rate of HBsAg in serum HBV positive was high and its expression rate increased when the damage of renal interstitium increasing,it confirmed the infection of HBV maybe participate in development of IgAN.
