摘要
目的研究微波照射对人离体牙牙本质钙、磷含量的影响。方法选取7对同名前磨牙,每对同名牙按照实验要求制备成4个试件,并将其随机分为4组,对照组不做任何处理,处理组分别用40W微波照射牙本质面3s、5s和7s后,应用X射线荧光光谱检测牙本质的化学成分。结果牙本质的主要化学成分为Ca、P、O、Mg、Na和Cl等。微波照射后牙本质中的钙、磷含量以及钙/磷比值未发生明显的改变(P>0.05)。结论40W微波照射7s以内对牙本质的钙、磷含量以及钙/磷比值没有影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of microwave irradiation on chemical composition of human dentin.Methods Seven pairs of premolars were extracted for orthodontic purpose.Each pair of them was prepared into 4 specimens and they were randomly divided into 4 groups.They were treated by microwave for 0s,3s,5s and 7s,respectively.Then the chemical composition was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrum (XRF).Results The dentin was composed of Ca,P,O,Mg,Na,Cl,etc.There was no significant difference on the contents of calcium and phosphorus between the 4 groups(P〉0.05),and on Ca/P ratio(P〉0.05).Conclusion These observations suggest that the amounts of calcium and phosphorus are not affected by treatment with 40W microwave for 7s.
