摘要 提出一种新的自密实混凝土配合比设计方法,揭示配比参数对自密实混凝土性能的影响,建立因素之间的定量关系式。参照国际标准和试验方法,按均匀试验设计方法设计12组自密实混凝土试件,进行了大量工作性、抗压强度、劈拉强度及渗水压力的试验。利用均匀设计软件实现了拌合物流速、强度的回归分析。当水泥用量∶粉煤灰掺量∶高效减水剂掺量=1∶0.74∶0.0186,水胶比0.4,砂率45.4%时,配制出性能优良的C45自密实混凝土。并建立了自密实混凝土拌合物流速、强度的回归方程。均匀试验设计能充分考虑自密实混凝土对原材料的敏感性要求,利用当地粉煤灰资源,可以制备出具有性能与成本优势的自密实混凝土。 Put a new kind mix proportions designing method of self-compaction concrete, disclose the influence of mix parameter to self-compaction concrete property, and establish quantum equation among different factors. Referencing national standards and experiment methods, design 12 group self-compaction concrete specimen on using uniform design experiment method and carry experiment of working ability, compression strength, splitting strength and exudation pressure. Using uniform design software realizes regression analysis of current velocity and strength of mix concrete. When the mass ratio of cement∶ fly ash∶ high efficiency water reducing agent=1∶0.74∶0.0186, water gel ratio 0.4, sand ratio 45.4%, can produce good property C45 self-compaction concrete. Establish regression equation of current velocity and strength of self-compaction concrete. Uniform experiment design can sufficiently consider sensibility self-compaction concrete to the demand of raw materials and use local fly ash resources to produce self-compaction concrete which has good property and cost dominance.
