摘要
综述了最近几年国内外特种陶瓷胶态成型技术中干燥理论的研究进展。分析了干燥过程的基本步骤及水分流动的驱动形式。同时详细讨论了干燥过程中干燥应力的演化历史及其对薄膜或块体陶瓷生坯结构变化的影响。另外,分析了毛细管力对裂纹产生和扩展的作用。最后对干燥理论未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Development of drying theory and its application in colloidal processing of advanced ceramics was reviewed. Basic steps in the drying process and the capillary driven fluid flowing behavior were analyzed. Stress development during drying and the microstructure evolution of the ceramic films and bulks were discussed. On the other hand, direct and indirect effect of capillary forces on cracking and crack propagation was investigated. Finally, the prospect of the future trends of drying theory in colloidal processing of advanced ceramics was offered.
