摘要
应用放射免疫分析法,测定73~76周龄红宝肉用种鸡断料换羽期外周血液中甲状腺素(T4)、皮质醇(Co)、雌二醇(E2)和促黄体素(LH)的分泌水平。结果:E2和LH分泌水平在断料的第7,13,21,25d分别降低8.5%(P>0.05),24.1%(P<0.01),25.8%(P<0.01),22.4%(P<0.01)和5.7%(P>0.05),10.6%(P<0.05),9.9%(P<0.05),18.4%(P<0.05),证实E2和LH分泌水平的降低与卵巢中卵泡的退化相一致。机体在饥饿和遮光的应激状态下,Co分泌水平在断料第21和25d分别提高9.9%(P<0.05)和7.9%(P>0.05),T4分泌水平在3,7和21d均有升高,第25d开始降低,但差异均不显著。
In this paper the endocrine rates of T4,Co,E2 and LH of the peripheral blood were tested by radio-immunoassay in 73 to 76 week-old 'Hongbao' broiler breeder hens during the forced molting.The results indicated that the endocrine level of E2 and LH on the 7th,13th,12th 25th day decreased by 8.5%(P<0.05),24.1%(P<0.01),25.8%(P<0.01),22.4%(P<0.01) and 5.7%(P>0.05),10.6%(P<0.05),9.9%(P<0.05),18.4%(P<0.05),respectively,which verified that the decrease of the endocrine level of E2 and coincided with the degeneration of follicles in the germarium.Under the stress of hunger and overshade,the endocrine rates of Co on the 21th,25th day during the forced molting increased by 9.9%(P<0.05) and 7.9%(P>0.05); and the endocrine level of T4 increased on the 7th,14th and 21st day but began to decrease on the 25th day,and these differenced were not significiant.
