摘要
将96只非免疫健康三黄肉雏鸡随机分为4组,分别接种新城疫病毒La Sota株弱毒活疫苗,同时将新鱼腥草素钠按照不同的剂量皮下注射;在第二次免疫后的第7、14、21、28天分别测定各组动物的抗NDV血凝抑制抗体、免疫器官指数以及外周血CD4+/CD8+淋巴细胞比值。结果表明,新鱼腥草素钠对提高鸡体抗NDV血凝抑制抗体效价和外周血CD4+/CD8+淋巴细胞比值具有一定作用,且与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);但不同给药剂量的新鱼腥草素钠影响不同,其中以中等剂量(2mg/kg)效果最为明显。免疫器官指数的测定表明,新鱼腥草素钠对新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响不是通过促进免疫器官发育实现的。
Ninety-six healthy fourteen-day-age Sanhuang chicks were divided into four groups. Following all the animals were vaccinated with the La Sota live vaccine against Newcastle disease virus （NDV） ,three different dose（4 mg/kg, 2 mg/kg,1 mg/kg）of sodium new houtluyfonate （SNH）were treated in three groups respectively to evaluate the effects of SNH on the animal immune response,while the 4^th group was only injected with normal saline water as control. On the 7^th,14^th,21^st and 28^th day after the final treatment,the antibody specific to NDV,the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ peripheral lymphocyte and the main immune organs indexes were determined,and the data showed that SNH could induce a better antibody response to NDV and increase the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ peripheral lymphocyte,while not increase the immune organs quality and indexes. In addition,the effect of different levels of SNH were dissimilar on improve animal immune response to La Sota live vaccine,while the optimistic level was 2 mg/kg.
