摘要
水电站工程建设速度的加快给施工质量管理工作带来了新的挑战。景洪水电站建设单位建立健全了质量管理体系,完善了管理制度,采取了一系列的质量管理措施,以日常检查整改、实物质量检测为基础,积极开展达标投产检查,加强质量考核、整改、奖罚工作,促进了工程又好又快地建设。
The quickening of construction speed of hydropower project has brought new challenge to the working of construction quality control. The construction unit of Jinghong Hydropower Station established and perfected the quality control system, perfected the management system, and took a series of quality control measures. Based on daily checking and treatment and actual quality inspection, we actively developed production standard check and strengthened quality assessment, rectification, awards and punishment so that it promotes the project to be constructed better and faster.
