单耗合理性是衡量单价构成是否合理的重要指标,是统供材料核销工作的重点和难点。单耗的分析与控制是较复杂的系统工程,对合同管理、工程质量以及投资控制都具有非常重要的意义。针对统供材料单耗的特点,结合景洪水电站工程实际操作中存在的问题,从各环节控制的合理性和有效性出发提出改进措施,从而达到合理控制单耗的实际效果。

The rationality of consumption per unit （CPU） is an important index to decide whether the price per unit is reasonable. And it is both a keystone and difficulty for supplying and canceling materials after verification. The analysis and control of CPU is a complex systemic work, which is very important for the contact management, quality of project and investment control. In view of the characteristics of material CPU and in combination with the problems in practical working of Jinghong hydropower project, we put forward the improving measures according to the rationality and effectiveness of control in order to achieve the aim to control CPU rationally.
